Items are packed and sent within 1 working day. Typically your package will arrive within 2 to 5 days depending on location. Within metropolitan area delivery will occur bit quicker.

We will email you Tracking code via email so that, you know whats the delivery status. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

At the moment we are shipping within Australia. However, we plan to ship internationally in near future. Please feel free to contact us we may be able to assist you with international shipping if you really like our products.

We process payment via PayPal a widely recognised and reliable method. You can pay using your credit or debit card we accept them all. You don’t need a PayPal account just select Credit Card option. We will process your order as soon as we get the payment advice.

How do I place an Order?

Simply select the product you like add it to the cart and proceed to checkout to place the order. Please let us know if you have any pre-sale questions, we are always open. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to place order. However, it is recommended to create an account during checkout. To create an account simply click Create an account Checkbox.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you wish to cancel or change please get in touch us as soon as possible as orders are dispatched within one working day.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order via our website simply click Track Your Order see dispatch status. We will email Courier tracking code so that, you can track delivery status. 

How Can I Return a Product?

You can return the product within 14 days. Please contact us with your order reference we will arrange return for you. Please note, if you wish refund return postage will be deducted from the amount paid. Please feel free to contact us if any questions.
